Ingredients 

Salad

  • 2 cups Pasta cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • ½ cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Olives sliced

Dressing

  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Pour dressing over the pasta salad and toss to coat evenly.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
