Pasta with Tuna and Sun-Dried Tomatoes
A quick and tasty pasta dish with tuna and sun-dried tomatoes.

Main Ingredients
- 400 g Pasta
- 200 g Canned Tuna drained
- 100 g Sun-Dried Tomatoes chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Capers optional
- 1 handful Fresh Parsley chopped, for garnish
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
3. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and cook for a couple of minutes.
4. Stir in the drained tuna and capers (if using). Cook until heated through.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
