Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz Pasta (tricolor rotini)
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Mozzarella balls, halved
  • ¼ cup Basil leaves, chopped
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, blueberries, mozzarella, and basil.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
