Pearl Couscous Salad Recipe
A refreshing and easy-to-make salad with pearl couscous, fresh veggies, and feta cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup pearl couscous
- 1 ¼ cups water
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes halved
- ½ cucumber diced
- ¼ red onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup feta cheese crumbled
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook couscous in water according to package instructions. Let it cool.
In a large bowl, combine couscous, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Toss to combine and serve.
