Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork shoulder
  • 1 cup Barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine barbecue sauce, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Rub the mixture all over the pork shoulder.
  4. 4. Place the pork shoulder on the grill and cook for about 1 hour, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. 5. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
