Philadelphia Style Roast Pork Sandwiches Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 4 units sandwich rolls
- 1 cup sharp provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 cup broccoli rabe, cooked
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
Rub pork shoulder with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
Place pork in a roasting pan and add chicken broth.
Roast for 1 hour or until pork is tender.
Shred pork and mix with pan juices.
Serve on rolls with provolone cheese and broccoli rabe.
