Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
3. Push veggies to one side, add steak slices, season with salt and pepper.
4. Cook steak until browned, then mix with veggies.
5. Place provolone slices over the steak and veggies, let melt.
6. Fill hoagie rolls with the steak, cheese, and veggie mixture. Serve hot.
