Philly Oreo Cheesecake

Ingredients 

Crust

  • 24 pieces Oreo cookies crushed
  • ¼ cup Butter melted

Filling

  • 3 packages Philadelphia cream cheese softened
  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 units Eggs room temperature
  • 12 pieces Oreo cookies chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl with an electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Gently stir in chopped cookies. Pour over crust.
  4. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
