- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1 cup cooked rice noodles
- 1 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 cup sriracha sauce
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and cook the beef sirloin until browned.
2. Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Lay out the tortillas and fill each with beef, bean sprouts, basil, cilantro, jalapeños, and rice noodles.
4. Drizzle hoisin sauce and sriracha sauce over the fillings.
5. Roll up the tortillas to form burritos. Serve immediately.
