Ingredients 

Phyllo Dough Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • cup Water Room temperature
  • cup Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon White vinegar

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
  2. Add water, olive oil, and vinegar. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball.
  5. Cover the dough balls with a damp cloth and let rest for 30 minutes.
  6. Roll each dough ball into a very thin sheet using a rolling pin.
  7. Use the phyllo dough immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
