Phyllo Dough Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ⅔ cup Water Room temperature
- ⅓ cup Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon White vinegar
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
Add water, olive oil, and vinegar. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball.
Cover the dough balls with a damp cloth and let rest for 30 minutes.
Roll each dough ball into a very thin sheet using a rolling pin.
Use the phyllo dough immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
