Pittsburgh Sandwich Recipe

- 1 lb sliced deli meat (turkey, ham, or roast beef)
- 4 slices thick-cut Italian bread
- 2 cups French fries cooked
- 1 cup coleslaw
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 1 cup tomato slices
1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
2. Cook the deli meat in the skillet until heated through.
3. Toast the bread slices in the oven or on a skillet until golden brown.
4. Assemble the sandwich: Place a slice of bread on a cutting board, layer with meat, provolone cheese, French fries, coleslaw, and tomato slices. Top with another slice of bread.
5. Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
