Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 4 Burger buns
  • 1 cup Pizza sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Form the ground beef into 4 patties and season with Italian seasoning.
  3. 3. Cook the patties in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
  4. 4. While the patties are cooking, toast the burger buns in another pan or in the oven.
  5. 5. Once the patties are cooked, place them on the bottom half of each bun.
  6. 6. Top each patty with pizza sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. 7. Place the burgers under a broiler for 1-2 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. 8. Cover with the top half of the buns and serve immediately.
