Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops bone-in
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups carrots sliced
  • 2 cups potatoes diced
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme dried

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add pork chops and cook until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same pot, add onions and garlic. Cook until softened.
  3. 3. Add carrots and potatoes. Stir and cook for a few minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in chicken broth. Add salt, pepper, and thyme. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Return pork chops to the pot. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender and pork is cooked through.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
