Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork tenderloin sliced thin
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup Mixed greens
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. 2. Add the sliced pork tenderloin and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and mixed greens.
  4. 4. Add the cooked pork to the bowl.
  5. 5. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, and season with salt and black pepper. Toss to combine.
  6. 6. Serve immediately.
