  • 4 cups Hash Browns frozen
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
  2. 2. Add the hash browns and chicken broth to the pot. Bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the milk, cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the cheese is melted and the soup is heated through.
