  • 8 pieces Flour Tortillas
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken Diced
  • 0.5 cup Salsa
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt a small amount of butter.
  2. 2. Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with cheese, chicken, and salsa.
  3. 3. Top with another tortilla and cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Flip the quesadilla and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted, another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove from the skillet and cut into wedges. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
