- 1 sheet Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
- 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup Gruyere Cheese shredded
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Milk
- 4 Eggs large
- ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg ground
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper ground
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, milk, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
Sprinkle bacon and cheese evenly over the pie crust.
Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
