Ramen Burger Recipe
A fun twist on the classic burger, using ramen noodles as the bun.

Main Ingredients
- 2 packs Ramen noodles Instant ramen, any flavor
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 2 pieces Eggs Beaten
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 2 slices Cheese Optional
1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ramen with the beaten eggs. Mix well.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Divide the ramen mixture into four portions and shape into buns. Cook each bun for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Set aside.
4. In the same pan, cook the ground beef with soy sauce and sesame oil until fully cooked. Shape into two patties.
5. Assemble the burger by placing a beef patty between two ramen buns. Add shredded lettuce and cheese if desired.
