Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Ramen noodles
  • ½ cup Peanut butter creamy
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 1 cup Vegetables mixed, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix until smooth.
  3. 3. In a pan, sauté the mixed vegetables until tender.
  4. 4. Add the cooked noodles and peanut sauce to the pan with the vegetables. Toss to combine.
  5. 5. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
