Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Corn drained
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 cups Beef Broth

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the ranch dressing mix and taco seasoning to the beef. Stir well.
  3. 3. Add the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and beef broth to the pot. Stir to combine.
  4. 4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
