  • 1 package Ready Pasta Rotini
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Cook broccoli in boiling water until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add milk and bring to a simmer.
  3. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Add cooked broccoli and Ready Pasta Rotini to the pan. Mix well.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot.
