Ingredients 

Dough

  • 500 g Pizza dough

Filling

  • 200 g Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 100 g Ham diced
  • 100 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano dried
  • 1 teaspoon Basil dried
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into 4 equal circles.
  3. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on each dough circle, leaving a border around the edges.
  4. Distribute the mozzarella, ham, and mushrooms evenly on one half of each dough circle.
  5. Sprinkle oregano and basil over the fillings.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling and crimp the edges to seal.
  7. Brush the tops with olive oil.
  8. Place the calzones on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
