Red Cabbage Salad Recipe
A simple and refreshing red cabbage salad.

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Red cabbage shredded
- 2 pcs Carrots grated
- 1 cup Apple diced
- ¼ cup Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. Shred the red cabbage and place it in a large mixing bowl.
2. Grate the carrots and add them to the bowl.
3. Dice the apple and add it to the bowl.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and honey.
5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
