  • 2 cups Watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Mint, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the watermelon, cucumber, and red onion.
  2. Add the feta cheese and fresh mint to the bowl.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil and lime juice over the salad.
  4. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Toss gently to combine.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.
