  • 4 Flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 Avocado sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Warm tortillas in the oven for about 5 minutes.
  3. In a skillet, heat the sliced roast beef until warm.
  4. Place warm roast beef on each tortilla.
  5. Add shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream, and avocado slices.
  6. Roll up the tortillas and serve immediately.
