Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 slices Roast Beef thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Bread your choice
  • 4 slices Cheese your choice
  • 1 tablespoon Butter softened
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard

Instructions 

  1. 1. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  2. 2. On the unbuttered side, spread mayonnaise and mustard.
  3. 3. Layer roast beef and cheese on one slice of bread, then top with another slice, buttered side out.
  4. 4. Heat a pan over medium heat and grill the sandwich until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted.
  5. 5. Repeat with remaining ingredients to make more sandwiches.
