Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork shoulder sliced thin
  • 4 Baguettes split lengthwise
  • 1 cup Pickled carrots and daikon
  • 1 cup Cucumber slices
  • ½ cup Cilantro leaves
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, garlic, and black pepper. Add pork and marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Place marinated pork on a baking sheet and roast for 30-40 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Let pork rest for 10 minutes, then slice thinly.
  5. Spread mayonnaise on each half of the baguettes.
  6. Layer with sliced pork, pickled carrots and daikon, cucumber slices, and cilantro leaves.
  7. Serve immediately.
