Roquefort Pear Salad

Salad Ingredients
- 4 pears, cored and chopped
- 1 cup Roquefort cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup walnuts, toasted
- 1 bag mixed salad greens
Dressing Ingredients
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- to taste salt and pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the salad greens, chopped pears, crumbled Roquefort cheese, and toasted walnuts.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Serve immediately.
