- 2 cups Shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup Chopped celery
- 1 cup Grapes, halved
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, chopped celery, and halved grapes.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss to combine.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
