Russian Salad Recipe
A classic Russian salad with a mix of vegetables, eggs, and mayonnaise.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Potatoes, diced
- 1 cup Carrots, diced
- 1 cup Green Peas
- 1 cup Pickles, diced
- 4 Eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. Boil the potatoes and carrots until tender. Drain and let cool.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, carrots, green peas, pickles, and eggs.
3. Add the mayonnaise and mix well.
4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
