Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 fillets Salmon about 4 oz each
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 2 leaves Lettuce
  • 4 slices Bread toasted
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. Season salmon with salt and pepper. In the same skillet, cook salmon fillets over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  3. 3. Toast the bread slices.
  4. 4. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toasted bread.
  5. 5. Assemble the sandwich: place lettuce, tomato slices, bacon, and salmon fillet on one slice of bread. Top with another slice of bread.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
