Salmon BLT Sandwich Recipe
A delicious twist on the classic BLT, featuring seared salmon.

Main Ingredients
- 2 fillets Salmon about 4 oz each
- 4 slices Bacon
- 4 slices Tomato
- 2 leaves Lettuce
- 4 slices Bread toasted
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1. Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
2. Season salmon with salt and pepper. In the same skillet, cook salmon fillets over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
3. Toast the bread slices.
4. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toasted bread.
5. Assemble the sandwich: place lettuce, tomato slices, bacon, and salmon fillet on one slice of bread. Top with another slice of bread.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
