Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet skin removed, finely chopped
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup green onions finely chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil for cooking

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, green onions, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the salmon patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Serve the salmon burgers on buns with your favorite toppings and condiments.
