Instructions
In a bowl, combine salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, basil, salt, and pepper.
Form mixture into 4 patties.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato, onion, and lemon basil mayo.
