Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet skin removed and chopped
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup fresh basil chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and onion for serving

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, combine salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, basil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato, onion, and lemon basil mayo.
