Instructions
1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
2. Add the diced potatoes and chicken broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
3. Stir in the corn kernels and heavy cream. Cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Add the salmon chunks to the pot. Simmer until the salmon is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in the chopped fresh dill just before serving.
