Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Salmon fillets
  • 4 pieces Tortillas
  • 1 cup Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced
  • 0.5 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 0.25 cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Season salmon fillets with salt and black pepper.
  3. 3. Cook salmon fillets in the pan for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Remove salmon from the pan and let it cool slightly. Flake the salmon into pieces.
  5. 5. Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  6. 6. Assemble the wraps by placing lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and flaked salmon onto each tortilla.
  7. 7. Drizzle lemon juice over the filling and wrap the tortillas tightly.
  8. 8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
