  • 1 lb Pork tenderloin sliced thin
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 4 Tortillas large
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the sliced pork tenderloin to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Season the pork with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Continue to cook for another 5 minutes until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  5. 5. Assemble the wraps by placing the cooked pork, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese onto each tortilla.
  6. 6. Roll up the tortillas and serve immediately.
