  • 1 pound Breakfast sausage
  • ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 8 pieces Biscuits store-bought or homemade

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven and bake the biscuits according to package instructions if using store-bought, or your recipe if homemade.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and crumbled.
  3. Sprinkle the flour over the cooked sausage and stir well to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly. Cook until the gravy thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Serve the sausage gravy over the warm biscuits.
