Ingredients

  • 1 lb Breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 1 package Frozen hashbrowns thawed
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 8 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, hashbrowns, and 1 ½ cups of shredded cheese.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the hashbrown mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
