Main Ingredients
- 4 Italian sausages
- 2 Bell peppers (sliced)
- 1 Large onion (sliced)
- 4 Hoagie rolls
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add sausages and cook until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes.
3. Remove sausages and set aside. In the same skillet, add bell peppers and onions.
4. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 8 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
5. Return sausages to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Serve sausages, peppers, and onions in hoagie rolls.
