Main Ingredients
- 1 lb mushrooms sliced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped (optional)
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add mushrooms and cook until they release their juices and turn golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.
