Instructions
1. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
2. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
4. Drain on paper towels.
5. Assemble sandwiches with schnitzel, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise on rolls.
