Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (any short pasta)
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup imitation crab meat, chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • ½ cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shrimp, and imitation crab meat.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
  4. 4. Add the chopped celery, red bell pepper, and red onion to the pasta mixture.
  5. 5. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
