Ingredients

  • 200 g Mixed seafood (shrimp, crab, etc.) fresh or frozen
  • 2 slices Bread toasted
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Butter for toasting bread

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the seafood, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  3. 3. Spread the seafood mixture evenly on one slice of toasted bread. Top with the other slice.
