Ingredients

  • 200 g Jellyfish pre-soaked and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted
  • 1 stalk Green Onion sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Blanch the pre-soaked jellyfish for 1-2 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and minced garlic.
  3. 3. Add the blanched jellyfish to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the dressing.
  4. 4. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onion. Serve chilled.
