Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti or rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup cucumber, julienned
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks green onions, sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  3. 3. Add the cooked noodles, carrots, cucumber, sesame seeds, and green onions to the bowl. Toss to combine.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes for a colder salad.
