Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 8 pieces Flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the shrimp, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Cook until shrimp is pink and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  4. 4. Place a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle with cheese, add shrimp, and top with another tortilla. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  5. 5. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  6. 6. Cut into wedges and serve warm.
