Ingredients

  • 2 cups Arborio rice
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  3. 3. Add the Arborio rice and stir to coat with the oil.
  4. 4. Gradually add the chicken broth, one cup at a time, stirring frequently until the liquid is absorbed.
  5. 5. Continue adding broth and stirring until the rice is tender and creamy, about 20-25 minutes.
  6. 6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
