Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast boneless, skinless
  • 1 can Black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Corn drained
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 2 cups Chicken broth

Instructions 

  1. Place chicken, beans, corn, tomatoes, taco seasoning, and chicken broth in the slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  3. Remove chicken and shred with two forks. Return to the slow cooker and stir.
  4. Serve hot with your favorite toppings like cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips.
