- 3 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 packet dry Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 jar pepperoncini peppers with juice
- 4 cloves garlic minced
1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the dry Italian salad dressing mix, beef broth, pepperoncini peppers with juice, and minced garlic.
3. Pour the mixture over the beef in the slow cooker.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the beef is tender and easily shredded.
5. Shred the beef with two forks and mix it with the juices in the slow cooker.
6. Serve the Italian beef on rolls or over pasta, if desired.
