Slow Cooker Philly Steak Sandwich Recipe
A delicious and easy-to-make Philly steak sandwich using a slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
- 4 Hoagie rolls
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
1. Place the beef, broth, onion, and bell pepper in the slow cooker.
2. Cook on low for 8 hours.
3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
4. Place the hoagie rolls on a baking sheet and fill each with the beef mixture.
5. Top each sandwich with a slice of provolone cheese.
6. Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
