Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 Hoagie rolls
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place the beef, broth, onion, and bell pepper in the slow cooker.
  2. 2. Cook on low for 8 hours.
  3. 3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  4. 4. Place the hoagie rolls on a baking sheet and fill each with the beef mixture.
  5. 5. Top each sandwich with a slice of provolone cheese.
  6. 6. Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
